I've always been about the zombies! Resident Evil, man, not to mention Romero's original NOTLD. Sure, they seem like stumbling, rotting bags of bones on first glance, but they're also a symbol of the communal angst of the era. Frankenstein was the first zombie (though there are tales of walking dead all through human mythologies), or maybe he was the last of the single zombies - one against the many humans - after the bomb, and the baby boomers, it was the ravening hoards against the few remaining vestiges of humanity.
Heh. Like I said, I'm always about the zombies. They're a fun genre to analyze 'cos they've been around so long.
As for commenting, you're welcome. I love your comix, and you've got a good heart. And I feel like, here you are, holding up a li'l candle in the vasty nothingness, and I'm compelled to let you know someone sees it, so you don't go all bibbly.
Nice one, even if I don't watch the show. Not enough zombies for me. Heehee. But I like the mix of comic and real pictures.
